Bereavement/Grief

Losing someone you love is very painful. After a significant loss, you may experience many difficult and surprising emotions, such as shock, anger, and guilt. Sometimes it may feel like the sadness will never cease. While these feelings can be frightening and overwhelming, they are normal reactions to loss.

There is no right or wrong way to grieve — but there are healthy ways to cope with the pain. The Hallmark Health VNA and Hospice Support Groups provide participants with an opportunity to share experiences and receive needed understanding, acceptance and support.

Bereavement/Grief Support Groups are held for both children and adults. For information, please contact Judy Seifert, Bereavement coordinator, at (781) 338-7861 or jseifert@hallmarkhealth.org.
