Obituary for Dr. Innocent Hervé Yamodo

Dr. Innocent Hervé Yamodo, PhD, passed away on October 2, 2014 in his home in Cambridge, MA. He battled a sudden and aggressive illness courageously. He is survived by his wife Yasemin, son Samory and extended family across the United States, Central African Republic, France and Belgium. He was born in Bangui, Central African Republic (République Centrafrique) in 1963. Grew up in Belgium and France. Lived in and graduated from the university in Morocco. Lived in Strasbourg, France where he earned his Masters and Doctorate degrees in Pharmacology. Moved to Syracuse, NY, USA for his Post Doctorate appointment. Settled in Boston, MA. Worked as a researcher at St Elizabeth Hospital on malaria, at MGH on anesthesiology, collaborating with Harvard Medical School. Founded 100traffic™ (sounding like “Centrafrique”) to bring his ideas into reality. He believed that equal and fair education is a right for every person in the world. Memorial services were held in Cambridge (USA), Central African Republic, Belgium and France.
