Edwards, Mary F. (Sheehan), of Milton, formerly of Somerville, February 12, 2016. Beloved wife of the late James P. Edwards. Devoted sister of Helen Sheehan of Arlington, Joseph Sheehan and his wife Ann Marie of Atkinson, NH, Rita Monteiro and her husband Alex of Manchester, NH, and the late Elizabeth Doherty and her late husband Charles. Loving aunt of Katherine Pinard, Margaret Sheehan, Terence Sheehan, Mary Brady, Patricia Butterfield, Maureen Griffin, Tereza, Michael and Joseph Monteiro. Further survived by many loving grand nieces and nephews. Graduate of the Carney Hospital nursing program, retiring in the early 1970’s as a nursing supervisor from the Chelsea’s Soldier Home. Funeral from the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut St. Arlington, Thursday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass in St Mary of the Hill’s Church, 29 St. Mary’s Rd., Milton at 11 AM. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Wednesday 3 – 7 pm. Burial in Milton Cemetery, Milton. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made in Mary’s name to a charity of your choice.
