Of Cambridge, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer, on March 13, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Maureen “Renie” M. (Sheehey). Loving father of Diane Burke and her fiancé John Pereira of Salem, MA, Donna Fiorello and her husband Joseph of FL, and William Burke of Cambridge. Cherished ‘Papa Burke’ of Samantha and Adam Orfanos. Dear brother of Barbara Trahon, and the late William, Henry, Morris, Robert, Paul, and Marjorie Burke. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Late Army Veteran and Retired Firefighter, Ladder Two, Cambridge Fire Department. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut St., (Rt. 60, Adjacent to St. Agnes Church) ARLINGTON on Wednesday from 4-8pm. A Funeral mass will be held at St. John’s Church, 2254 Mass Ave, Cambridge, on Thursday at 11am. Burial in Cambridge Cemetery.
