I met Bob 10 years ago when I moved into Vista Royale in Vero Beach. The day after I moved in, Bob knocked on my door and introduced himself. I was somewhat startled when I opened the door. Here I was not knowing anyone in Vista Royale, living alone and looking at this very large, and to me, very intimidating man. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Bob was the kindest, most gentle person I have ever met. We quickly became friends. After a few weeks he seemed to know my schedule. In the morning when I opened my blinds I could see him in his kitchen; he seemed to know I was opening my blinds because he would be standing by his window waving and every night when I closed my blinds, he would be standing at his window waving. I still look for him every morning and every night when I'm opening and closing my blinds. I miss him and he will always be one of my favorite person ever.
