Robert J. McNamara
McNAMARA, Robert J. of Arlington, formerly of Cambridge and Somerville. Beloved husband of the late Marie D. (Nille). Loving father of John and Katie McNamara of Belmont and Marie and Michael McCune of Arlington. Devoted grandfather of Collin and Sean McNamara and Molly, Kevin, and Patrick McCune. Brother of Mary Passanisi of Boca Raton, FL and Claire Hurley of Wakefield. Robert is predeceased by four brothers and sisters. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Robert McNamara was a late Army veteran and a retired Cambridge firefighter for over 39 years. Funeral from the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut St. (adjacent to St. Agnes Church, Rt. 60) ARLINGTON, Tuesday May 15th at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Agnes’ Church at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday May 14th, 4-8 pm. Interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
