Brother of Patricia Cappello, Richard M. Meara, his wife Betty, all of Malden, Dr. Morgan J. Meara, and his wife Judy of Fall River. Further survived by many loving godchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral from the Keefe Funeral Home, 2175 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge, Wednesday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. John Church, 2254 Massachusetts Ave. Cambridge, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Tuesday 4 - 8 PM. Interment will be private. Late US Navy veteran of the Vietnam War and Union 12 Plumber.
