Of Arlington, formerly of Newton, passed peacefully on August 9, 2018. Beloved husband of 51 years to Linda (Hughes). Loving father of Stacey Garrity Russo and Ryan Garrity both of Arlington. Proud Papa of Alex, Justin, Jacob, Cameron, Cory, and Caleb. Devoted brother of Peter Garrity of Waltham, and the late Carol Burke. Also survived by Alicia Garrity of Braintree and many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Proud Iron Worker for over 20 years for Local 7. Late Army National Guard Vietnam Era Veteran. Funeral from the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut St. (adjacent to St. Agnes Church, Rt. 60) ARLINGTON, Tuesday, at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Agnes Church, 30 Medford St., Arlington at 10 AM.
