Condolences

Condolence From: Sissy
Condolence: My heart goes out to The Harrington family on your precious loss: May you find some comfort in the Most High God’s written word. He promises to fulfill all that He has said (Titus 1:2). No more sickness(Isaiah 33:24). No more death (Isaiah 25:8). Seeing our loved ones again ( John 5:28, 29) and he says where at Psalms 37:11 and how long Psalms 37:29). Later when you feel up to it, to read these few Scriptures of Comfort. They helped me when our daughter fell asleep in death. And, recently my husband fell asleep in death. And, I hope these Promises from God will be of some comfort to you as well. Especially, when One reflects on the way Jesus viewed death at John 11:11-14. Yes, God’s son Jesus viewed death as one Sleeping.

Condolence: God Saw You Getting Tired
God saw you getting tired,
When a cure was not to be.
So He wrapped his arms around you,
and whispered, "come to me."
You didn't deserve what you went through,
So He gave you rest.
God's garden must be beautiful,
He only takes the best
And when I saw you sleeping,
So peaceful and free from pain
I could not wish you back
To suffer that again.

Condolence: : Man, did I idolize my cool "older" cousin when I was young. He got me into Seger and Van Halen , chauffeured me to my only KISS concert ,and, at 21, treated me to my first legal drink at the Porthole. He was our own Jamboree Bear at Trent's 1st visit to Florida and our phone calls always ended in ball busting laughter.
May your troubled soul be at peace and resting among the oceans and mountains of a calmer , quieter, saner world, Phillip. You'll be missed and remembered with love.

Condolence: Even though I just met him at a baseball game, he seemed to me to be a good soul.

Condolence From: John J. McCabe
Condolence: I have known Phil since 1976, and he was a very giving soul who cared more for his friends happiness then his own. He was always happy when he could help someone else in need, weather its a favor or doing something good to help his fellow friends. I feel that Phil is a type of person that you don't come along very often in one's lifetime, and I have been privileged to have known him for 42 years..
There are too many memories to list here, but he is in a good place and he has many friends who now he gets to see.. my own mother really liked him a lot when he would come to our house after bowling, listening to 8-tracks in my bedroom for hours on end.. and now there both up there with many others listening to an 8-track of The J.Geils Band... Since he is a new addition up there, he gets to pick the music.. R.I.P. my friend.. (Mustang)

Condolence: Stang - as we all knew him - was a loving and caring person who would do anything for you. All you had to do was call and he was there. I met Phil through other friends back in 1977. From the moment we met we were instantly brothers. Sometimes we would just hang out. Sometimes we’d get in the car, throw an 8 track in, and just drive off for hours. So many good memories of times in Somerville and Medford with so many friends. My brother from another. His short life touched so many as he held his friends near and dear to his heart. A heart so big, a soul so deep. We had the pleasure of having Phil in our home for the past 8 months or so while he was trying to figure the next chapter of his life. I’m so glad he came into my life back in 77 and so sad he left us so soon. I miss you my friend, my brother. Til we meet again. I love you man!
