Michael D. Blanchard died suddenly at his Cambridge, MA home on October 10, 2018, recently celebrating his 61st year of life.
Survived by his father, Joseph, siblings: Debbiiangela and her husband R.Warren Lyman, Stephen with a multitude of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends. Michael was preceded in death by his brother Joseph and mother, Cliffa.
Born on 10/8/1957 in Boston, Massachusetts, he attended Boston and Cambridge schools. Michael worked with troubled youth, aspiring to lead positive life endeavors and retail prior to encountering medical challenges leaving him unable to work. He enjoyed hockey, socializing, social media, and dogs.
Services are private. Interment will occur at the Cambridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Animal Rescue League of Boston in Memory of Michael D. Blanchard. Condolences may be sent to Joseph Blanchard, 70 Jackson Street, Cambridge, MA 02140.
