COUGHLIN, Paul D. of Harwich, formerly of Watertown and Cambridge. October 25, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Maryanne (Meehan). Loving father of Joan Morin and her husband Dr. James Morin of Hopedale, David Coughlin and his wife Mary of Milton, Mary Ellen Coughlin of Beverly, Paul Coughlin and his wife Cynthia of Watertown, and Mark Coughlin of Malden. Devoted grandfather of Kathryn and Erin Morin, Brigid, and Patrick Coughlin, Matthew Coughlin, Margaret, Alexander, and Betsy Coughlin. Paul was a proud graduate of Boston College class of 1953. Korean War Army veteran and former Vice President of The First National Bank of Boston. Paul was active in many charities and organizations while retired on the cape. These included volunteering at the Harwich Community Center, where he hosted the Channel 18 Local Events Show. Funeral from the Keefe Funeral Home, 2175 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge, Tuesday at 8:30 AM. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. John Church, 2254 Massachusetts Ave. Cambridge at 9:30 AM.
