Jean T. (Rodway) Underwood of Cambridge, died at the Wilmington Health Care Center following a lengthy illness. She had just turned 84 years old. Raised in Cambridge, she had lived there her entire life. Beloved wife of 61 years to the late Ralph H. Underwood, she was the mother of five sons; Ralph H. of Wilmington, Thomas J. of Harwich, Kenneth G. of NY, Joseph M. of NH, the late Donald E. Underwood. Grandmother of Devon, Eric, Kenny and Nick. Great-grandmother of Demetri, Payton and Ariana. Visiting hours will be held at the Keefe Funeral Home, 2175 Mass Avenue, Cambridge on Thursday, October 10 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Her funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Friday, October 11 at 10:00 AM. Services will conclude with burial in Newton Cemetery.
