Jim was a POSITIVE Star and Light in our EPA office. His energy, enthusiasm and fun, "can do" nature was catching and it was always a blast to be in his swirl of work activity or conversations. He Loved updating us on Liz and his Girls and spoke so so proudly of all your accomplishments and excursions. His office walls are totally covered with your smiles. His light and love of Life is in you and I feel so lucky to have worked with Jim and experienced the glimmer of his light.
