McCarron, Raymond L., of Arlington, formerly of Braintree, passed peacefully at home on August 25, 2018. Beloved husband of 60 years to Joan (Grieve). Loving father of Diane Bronzo and her husband Mark of NY, David McCarron and his wife Zoe of Arlington, Michele Calvani and her husband Bill of Ipswich, Greg McCarron and his wife Cyndi of NY, and Paula Hurley and her husband Brian of NH. Proud grandfather of MarK Bronzo and his wife Meredith, and John and Allan Bronzo, Luke and Shane McCarron, Jill and Rick Calvani, Gregory, Kristen, and Kellie McCarron, and Emma, Meghan, Lauren, and Erin Hurley. Brother of the late Dorothy Dubreuil and Robert McCarron. Dear brother in law of Miriam Casazza and her late husband Joseph, Ruth Ciolfi and her husband Fred, and Carole Bilafer and her husband Martin. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Proud graduate of Boston College, Class of 1952. Late WWII Army Veteran. Funeral from the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut St., Arlington, Thursday at 9 AM. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Camillus Church, 1185 Concord Turnpike, Arlington at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Wednesday 5 to 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Blue Hills Cemetery in Braintree.
